Since 1998 I have worked as an IT training instructor, currently for QA (previously for Xenon, Xpertise, then Remarc) where I specialise in the following:
--Microsoft Dynamics CRM > Versions 1.0 - 4
--Microsoft SQL Server > Versions 7 - 2008
Although I mainly deliver classroom training I have also run many bespoke courses and consultancy sessions in these products.
In addition I have helped Microsoft to develop some course materials and exams for CRM 1 - 3, and previously assisted IBM Lotus with the development of some Lotus Domino courseware for Domino 6. I have also helped Manning Books by participating in technical reviews for some of their publications.
Prior to working in training I spent nine years working for the Royal Bank of Scotland where I worked in branches for five years (duties included branch supervision, foreign exchange, service quality, cashier, customer accounts, and back office functions), as a business consultant for two years when I worked on various internal projects within the bank, and as a network administrator for two years .
My qualifications:
8 GCE O' levels (English language, English literature, mathematics, French, German, physics, geography, computer studies)
3 GCE A' levels (geography, computer science, general studies)
